Hormones
These are the body's chemical messengers which are released due to certain triggers such as stress, exercise, eating, sleeping etc. These chemical messengers tell the body to take a certain action based on what information the body knows in order to keep the body alive and healthy. So what is it then that we need, in terms of hormones, if we want to burn off lots of fat?
