The main issues that control who we are include our genetics which defines our engineering, our hormonal balance which goes to our life force energy and how are genetics are used and our emotional state of mind which not only influence our hormonal balance but responds to our hormonal balance. It is not a hierarchical structure where one of these three factors controls the next one down the list. Rather they are inter-connected and they feedback into each other. A healthy emotional state of mind can make us more active and energetic in life, which then feeds into a higher testosterone level and the higher testosterone level feeds back into a more happy state of mind. Our genetic engineering may be like the goal posts setting the outer boundaries of our total capacity - however it is equally true that the highest levels of activity will move these goal posts out further to embrace the heightened emotional state that results from it.
Similarly, an excessively sedate lifestyle will feed back into a lower level of testosterone being produced, which will increase body fat and reduced muscle mass and a lower sex drive, all of which feeds back into a lower self-esteem. In this situation the genetic goal posts are moved inwardly to seemingly present us with narrow ranges of possibilities.
In fact all three factors - the genetics, hormone levels and the emotional state of mind are all elastic and capable of stretching or shrinking to fit the way we do live. Fat people find it impossible to imagine being slim, but as long as progress is made every day it is very possible - I've done it with my own life by changing from being 32 kilograms overweight to being a super-slim, six hours a day free-style dancer.
Nothing is set in concrete, and by eating organically grown foods, taking a testosterone boosting supplement and by doing seven minutes a day of heavy weights training, you can move outwards the goal posts of your life to live large and happy.
