Does Growth Hormone Make You Fat?

If you know about the best exercise workout, then you should know about Georgetown personal trainers. They help you in setting your weight and fitness goals. They know the secrets to being slim and trim. More importantly, they know what makes you fat. They have an understanding of how people can gain or lose weight. These trainers are one of the smartest out there. You will learn about the growth hormone, and if it makes you fat or not.

You must have heard of Yao Ming. He is the tallest basket player in the world, measuring in at 7'6". He also weighs 310 lbs. Does he look overweight? Of course he doesn't. But if you found an average man that weighed around 300 lbs, you would think he was overweight. You would think that he was downright obese! You are indeed right.

So why is it that Yao is 310 lbs but isn't obese? Obviously, he did overeat. Yao's overeating is a contributor to his growth hormone. The obese man will have to overeat to be over 300lbs. This means that the growth hormone doesn't make you fat.

What are growth hormones? They control the vertical growth. Horizontal growth, on the other hand, is controlled by fat cells. In other words, you will have no will power, you will eat too much, and you will move too little. This is why you grow horizontally instead of vertically. Plus, your growth hormone burns off some of the weight and fat when you exercise. This is especially important if you stay active.

Yes, Yao eats a lot but he keeps active. He's a basketball player after all! Even if he wasn't a basketball player, he would still be lean and tall. This is all because of that growth hormone that's working inside of him.

I guess you could say that Yao Ming is lucky. Even the professional trainers from the workout are jealous of him. Who wouldn't like to eat and eat while looking trim? Obviously, he's gaining weight, but we don't see it. He's gaining weight vertically, not horizontally! Unfortunately, we can't all have the growth hormones.

But I wouldn't doubt it if someone was concocting a growth hormone shot. I also wouldn't doubt it if a lot of athletes used it. It would be the new steroids. I'm sure it wouldn't be good for you or your body.

Now the fitness trainers at the Georgetown workout has told you Ming's little secret. The worst part is that you can't get in on the secret. All you have to do is keep doing what you're doing. Stay strong, healthy, and active. You don't need a growth hormone to be fit. Just keep lifting those weights and do everything I say. You will have your own athletic body.
